Neighborhood Watch is an educational program provided to the citizens to assist them in establishing a program to be more vigilant in their neighborhoods.  This instructional program teachs citizens how to recognize potential problems in their neighborhoods.  This program forms a partnership so residence and law enforcement can work together to make their neighborhood a safer place to live.
