Inmate Messages & Messaging

Employees of the Catoosa County Jail are not allowed to pass along any message to an inmate unless it is an emergency. The jail staff is required to verify all emergency messages prior to delivering the message to the inmate.

Messaging

Inmates at the Catoosa County Jail have access to tablets for messaging their loved ones, among other things. These messages are sent as SMS text messages and delivered directly to your cell phone.

To fund an inmate’s tablet/messaging account, you may use one of the following options:

Visit Inmatesales.com
Use the InmateSales App, available for Apple and Android
Use the kiosk located in the jail lobby
Call the InmateSales Call Center at 702-829-3001

To communicate via text:

You’ll receive a message from the inmate asking you to accept communication. Simply reply “YES” to begin texting.
You’ll also receive a link via SMS where you can fund the inmate’s tablet/messaging account.
