The Catoosa County Jail utilizes a video conference system to hold First Appearance Hearings with the Magistrate Judge. First Appearance Hearings are held Monday thru Friday at 1:00 p.m. and on weekends or any other times as designated by the Magistrate Judge. Bonds and Bond Conditions are set at this time. Many inmates may not be able to bond out until after the First Appearance Hearing. The public may view the First Appearance Hearing at the Magistrate Courtroom located at the Catoosa County Courthouse.
