Inmate Mail


Inmates may send and receive mail while at the Catoosa County Jail.  All non-legal incoming and outgoing mail shall be on a 5 X 7 postcard.  Any mail received that does not conform to these standards will be placed in the inmates property.  Mail is usually delivered within 24 hours of receipt.


All mail must be addressed as follows:

First and Last Name of Sender
Complete physical address of sender


Mail containing items such as metal clasps, staples, tape, stickers, etc. will not be delivered. This includes the envelope and/or contents. Any item sold at commissary cannot be mailed into an inmate. Books (soft bound only) or magazines can only be sent to an inmate directly from the publisher or retail business.
